'Power your day' Protein Balls

Simply pop everything into a blender and pulse until you have the desired consistency. We like to add a dash of water to ours at the end as it creates a slightly gooier mix thatís ripe for rolling in desiccated coconut. Ingredients - 100g oats, 30g raisins, 4 tbsp peanut butter, a handful of hazelnuts, plus dessicated coconut to finish. Pop them in an airtight container and keep in the fridge. Yum!
