Banana and Raspberry Smoothie

We love a fresh, delicious and colourful smoothie in the morning, it really puts a spring in your step and is the perfect way to start the day.

Here's how to make it:

200ml milk - almond is best

1 tablespoon bio/organic natural yoghurt

1 banana

Small handful of raspberries (or blueberries)

A large pinch of cinnamon for an immune system boost

Flaxseed, chia seeds or protein powder, using quantities recommended on the packaging; we like to use 3 teaspoons of milled flaxseed with bio cultures

Throw everything into a large jug and blend for a few seconds. Pour into a glass and enjoy...
