Introducing #MeTimeMonday

The pressures of modern life can be overwhelming at the best of times. Work pressures, exams, the daily commute, keeping the house tidy or simply just trying to keep up…today’s fast paced, social media driven world can leave even the most robust of characters feeling completely frazzled.

As a result of this crazy life pace, stress seems to have wound its way into our lives to the extent that it is now commonplace. Sometimes we may not even recognise we are stressed, which is why it’s more important than ever to kick back once in a while, shut the laptop down, turn your phone off and work on some restorative things that make you feel grounded, nurtured and happy.

Our #MeTimeMonday campaign is all about feeding the soul and finding some time in our crazy lifestyles to simply just be. Whether that’s a Power Flow Yoga session, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, bathing by candle light or simply indulging in ten minutes of blissful facial massage – we’ll be promoting and sharing weekly ideas to help you find that all important zen.
